How do I change my date settings?

Application Dates

In order for parents to be able to submit applications, the application dates must be on under SETTINGS>>DATE/TIME>>APP DATES. These dates are the "System Default Dates".

You can also modify the dates to be specific to each Program. This can be modified under SETTINGS>>

SCHOOLS/PROGRAMS>>PROGRAMS>>within the program, it lists date options as shown below:

****If the system default dates are closed, no one will be able to apply.  If the system default dates are open, but the program specific dates are off, no one will be able to apply to that specific program.

Registration Dates

Registration is for the new students who register for the first time following placement process. Re-registration will be for the students who had registered with that same school last year. 

The registration dates must be on under SETTINGS>>DATE/TIME>>REGISTRATION DATES. These are the "System Default Dates".  

Registration dates can be set by School, as well. These dates would be modified SETTINGS>>

SCHOOLS/PROGRAMS>>SCHOOLS>>within the school, it lists date options as shown below:

***Just like the application dates, if the system default dates are closed, no one will be able to register/re-register.  If the system default dates are open, but the program specific dates are off, no one will be able to register/re-register for that specific program.
