If a parent has forgotten their password to login to the Smart Choice system, they can request a temporary password. To do so, they will see a link "Forgot your Password?" at the bottom of their login screen. The location of the login screen may differ based on your school or district's design template.
Once the parent clicks the "Forgot your Password?" link, they will be prompted to enter their email address that the account is connected to and a new password will be emailed to them.
