If an administrative user has forgotten their password to login to the back end of your Smart Choice™ system they can request a temporary password. To do so, they will see a link "Forgot Password?" at the bottom left of their login screen.
Once they click the "Forgot Password?" link they will be prompted to enter their email address that the account is connected to and a new password will be emailed to them.
